রেগুলার বার্গার থেকে এটা একদমই ভিন্ন ধরণের একটা বার্গার।ইস্ট এশিয়ার দেশগুলোতে বিশেষ করে জাপান কোরিয়া এইসব দেশগুলোর এটা বেশ জনপ্রিয় একটা বার্গার। যারা সুশি খেতে পছন্দ করেন তারা এই রাইস বার্গারটাও অনেক পছন্দ করবেন আর তাছাড়া আমি রেসিপিটাকে আমার পছন্দমতো কিছুটা চেঞ্জ করেছি, এভাবে টেস্টটা আমার কাছে বেশি ভালো লাগে।

Ingredients:
For Chicken marination:
chicken strips 200 grams
salt 1/4 tsp
black paper 1/2 tsp
white vinegar 1 tsp
dark soy sauce 2 tsp
garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
chili flakes 1/2 tsp
cooked rice 200 grams
cornstarch 1 tbsp
thickly sliced onion 1 medium size
chili sauce 1 tsp
