মাংসের রেসিপি তো অনেক আছে কিন্তু কোরবানির মাংসের একটা অন্যরকম স্বাদ আছে। খুব অল্প মশলা এবং খুব অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে রান্না করা যায় এমন একটি রেসিপি আজ শেয়ার করলাম। এই রেসিপিটা আমাদের পরিবারের একটি স্বনামধন্য রেসিপি যার আবিষ্কাররক/ মালিক হলেন আমাদের একমাত্র "জাহিদ ভাই", আমাদের দুলাভাই। উনি রেসিপিটা শিখিয়েছিলেন গত বছর কোরবানির ঈদে যখন আমদেরসাথে ঈদ করেছিলেন, তাই গতকাল আবার উনার কাছ থেকে ঝালাই করে বানিয়ে ফেললাম। আমি আশা করছি এই রেসিপিটা আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে যতটা আমাদের ভালো লাগে।
